Painting everywhere....

I like furniture. Really. I was always interested in everything related to art so interior design as well.
That's why almost everything in my room is somehow made or decorated by me.
Since childhood I was crazy about painting especially where it was forbidden. Like...hmmm...when I started to draw on my neighbour's door...or another friend's wall. Just because I grew up doesn't mean I stopped.
So...yesterday I suddenly realised that I want, mmm, actually need some drawers to put my beads in. That's why I...kind of stoled some pieces of furniture with drawers. From my mom's room. But there was no way to leave them untouched .
I got some paint. Blue, red and white wich I mixed to get purple.
On a side I also draw a castle and wrote :" I still believe in fairytales".
Huh, seeing what I do, reading what I've just wrote, you wouldn't guess my age. I'm already 21...but still so childish...

Upcycled shoes

What you see used to be some simple white shoes. I bought them two years ago, didn't wore them too many times, but they still looked overused. Oh, and they had scratches all over. So ...kind of still wearable, but not so nice looking anymore.
I always wanted green shoes. Kind of hard to find something like this. Especially the kind of green I like.
So I said why not paint those old shoes, why throw them as long as I can make something new and spare the money I would've paid for a pair of green ones.
I mixed up some baby blue metallic acrylic color with a light green textile color and this is what I've got.
Then I've cut 6 flowers from a piece of lace fabric and placed 3 on each shoe.
At the end I've added on top 2 leaves shaped like pieces from polymer clay.
And that's all...
New shoes for free.
